he Medical Park of Cary is operated by Prime Property Management, LLC. We have been a family business for almost 40 years. We believe in treating clients with respect, value and care.
Although Cary was a much smaller city when we began site development for what would become the Medical Park of Cary, we saw its promise. We are pleased to see Cary become the highly desirable area it is today, and we are proud to remain an integral part of its current vitality.
As the community has grown and changed, the management philosophy of The Medical Park of Cary has not. We continue to be personally involved with each tenant, providing a true sense of family. The property management team is readily available and highly responsive, and we employ a full-time, on-site maintenance staff for tenant convenience.

Meet our staff
Stephanie Ham
Stephanie has been with the Medical Park of Cary since January 2004. She schedules park projects, answers maintenance calls and addresses all tenant concerns. Stephanie travels back and forth between our corporate office in Greenville and Cary. Please reach out to Stephanie for all of your tenant relations needs. Mario Rodriquez - Chief Engineer
Joining The Medical Park of Cary maintenance team in June 2006, Mario is responsible for general repairs, preventative maintenance and vendor supervision for the buildings and grounds. Mario’s résumé includes a wide variety of maintenance skills gained through a 27-year career in the hotel industry.
Ben Grantham - Maintenance Technician
Since April 2006, Ben has been part of The Medical Park of Cary team, assisting with repairs, maintenance and vendor supervision. Prior to joining the company, Ben’s professional history includes over 7 years of experience in the hotel industry and as a painting contractor.
